I agree with RC. Rebellious women could push for the same thing here, it would gain popularity very quick if it got enough publicity. The key would be to focus on the fact that women do not have equal rights to men, even though they are supposed to under the constitution.

Well, in N. America, some states and provinces DO have topfree laws now.  But, the fact remains that due to suppressive upbringing and the equation that boobies are always, always sexual, most girls do not take advantage of that.  I certainly wouldnt either.  There are posts on that subject elsewhere for sure but its how it is here.  Now, in 2245? Maybe by then we will catch up with the European attitude with regard to breast exposure.  But, perhaps not...

Maybe a large group of female naturists could get together online and agree to all go topless at a particular beach (where it is permitted) at a particular time, with their boyfriends, girlfriends, husbands, children etc as the case may be. 

The women who agreed to this online shouldn't associate so it won't look like an organized event. It should just appear as a normal day at the (topless) beach.

I wonder if they could start a trend... whether other women at the beach would follow their example.

They might need to do this for several weekends in a row. By then the media would show up, lol.
