I wouldn't disagree with much that you said, Dario. However I wouldn't agree that there is nothing to worry about about the site, and I will come to some specific points. These are individually arguably not particularly major, but I feel worth saying.not perhaps th
I too am a member of skinbook, although mainly so I know what it is about and what is happening. I don't really normally participate at all, although I got posting a bit today. I better watch it

I am very aware that some of my admin / mod associates have had, and may continue to have, more concerns about it than I do, and I respect that.
What is very clear to me is that a lot more thought went into it than the truenudists naturist social networking site, for which I did have real concerns, and although it has undoubtably improved, still do have some. They have also continually reponded, very quickly at times, to positive suggestions by their members. I get positive vibes from these member suggestions and on general reading of their forum.
My own remaining particular concerns are :
1) YNAI members have received a lot of unsolicited invitations to that site ( some would call it spam ), I am guessing usually from its members. That in many cases has not been appreciated. If a YNAI member wants to privately discuss skinbook with another member, then fair enough. But, please, no bulk invitations or trawling for members.
2) The YNAI Group has at least one, and I think more members who are not members of YNAI. This needs sorted and I have privately contacted rdw about this. The group states that it is for YNAI members only. If this is not sorted, we may need to consider how we allow the continued use of the YNAI name. We should not have to, and don't want to, monitor this. That though, I accept is actually more a problem genarated by our own YNAI members than a particular skinbook problem.
3) It would be good if and when the +18 entry sign could be done away with. We had serious initial admin concerns about an over 18 site being in some ways advertised here, and in particular that with some of the images, it justified that sign. As far as I can see, much work has been done to make the images acceptable, and I actually fail to see now anything that really warrants that +18 symbol. I know skinbook admin has explained there are ISP ireasons for this, but it would be good all round if it could soon be dispensed with. It remains slightly problematic to have a +18 entry site "advertised" on a + 16 naturist group. Until that is removed, YNAI must ask that any under 18 members take account of it, and do not enter the site.
4) You say that they have strict signing in policies, because they want to make sure that only genuine naturists use it, rather than pervs. In truth, the signing in policies are no more strict than YNAI, and I can't in truth guarantee to you that we have no pervs here. However, we know that we have a good site with many ( I am sure the vast majority ) great folk. I feel that skinbook is similar in that regard.
These YNAI members who have joined skinbook, I do hope that my confidence that it is a decent, genuine site proves justified. And consider taking the precautions that Dario mentions re adding friends etc.
